… so the other night, the boyfriend and I went to Papa Mojo’s, which is just down from Sarah’s Empanadas. Sarah’s is only open for lunch on weekdays, and it’s a good bit of a trek from my office, so I don’t think I’ll be able to try it out anytime soon. But I found out that the boy loves him some empanadas. … so help me out! Does anybody have a good recipe they’d be willing to share?
