Culinary Collaboration

When I was visiting my family, I saw Tyler Florence make his Ultimate Beef Wellington.  It looked amazing, and I knew I had to make it.  But alas, I grew lazy, other Christmas plans were made, and the Jenny’s ultimate attempt has yet to go down.

One thing I love about our little “culinary collaboration” at work is that you never really know what you’re going to get.  Somebody might bring in an experiment (which has always turned out amazingly well), while others might bring in family traditions such as today’s chicken casserole.  I love them all, but my personal favorite was Wednesday’s Pork Wellington.  Absolutely divine!  One of the best things I’ve eaten in a very long time.  I would definitely recommend.
